Alexandrite laser hair removal is performed with the GentleLaser Pro-U device of the newest American company Candela.

During the procedure, the light energy is converted into heat energy, absorbed by the melanin pigment in the hair and the hair is heated along its entire length. As a result of high temperature, the hair follicle breaks down.
